The 10-week DOD-certified Joint Interrogation Course trains DOD intelligence professionals to perform interrogations at the field entry level under the supervision of senior interrogators.
Overview
The course teaches the fundamentals of human behavior and communication as applied to
interrogation. Students learn approach and interrogation techniques, how to plan, prepare, and
complete a successful interrogation, and how to provide accurate intelligence reports based on results.
Among other topics, classes include the fundamentals of human interactions, and skills in interpersonal and cross-cultural communications. Other topics include
interrogation operations and the contemporary HUMINT
operating environment.
Students perform a series of comprehensive interrogation sessions from planning and preparation to
termination and writing intelligence reports. Experienced role-players work with students individually to hone their interrogation styles and
techniques. An extensive two-week scenario-based practical exercise follows.
Phoenix Course Development personnel will be happy to meet with you to discuss course topics in detail, teaching and training methodologies employed, and to
tailor this course to your organization’s specific needs.
Battle Field HUMINT Collection Course
